For weddings outside of Utah, travel and lodging expenses will be covered by the couple.

Absolutely! Many couples love having a dedicated First Look or Bridals session before the wedding day. Since this is separate from the Saturday Wedding Package, it comes with its own bundle.
Photo + Video Bridals Package: $1,750
Photo Only: $1,000 (requires a Saturday Wedding Package booking)
Video Only: $1,000 (requires a Saturday Wedding Package booking)
The Saturday Wedding Package ($3,500) covers your full wedding day, while the Bridals Package is a perfect add-on for couples who want extra time and creativity dedicated to capturing those special portraits.

Booking is simple! You can reserve your Saturday wedding date as a tentative placeholder—there’s no obligation. Once your date is reserved, Spencer will reach out (by text, email, or call—whichever you prefer) to talk through your vision for the wedding day, including whether you’d like to add a Bridals shoot.
If everything looks like a good fit, Spencer will send over a contract that outlines the details. Here are a few key points from the agreement so you know what to expect:
Coverage: Full-day photo and/or video services, capturing all wedding activities.
Deliverables: At least 350 edited photos and a custom 4–6 minute film.
Editing: Small revisions are always included; major changes (like a full re-edit or new music) may require an additional fee.
Payment: A $500 deposit is due to lock in your date, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of the final gallery/film.
Travel: For out-of-state weddings, the couple covers travel and lodging expenses.
Cancellations & Emergencies: If unforeseen events (illness, natural disaster, etc.) prevent Spencer and Lucy from filming, any payment (minus deposit) will be refunded, and every effort will be made to arrange a trusted replacement.
Raw Footage: Only the final edited gallery and film are delivered; raw footage can be discussed separately if desired.
Once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid, your date is officially locked in!

You can expect to receive all of your wedding day deliverables within 6 weeks of your wedding.
If you’ve booked a Bridals/First Look session at least two weeks before the wedding, your photos and video will be ready in time to showcase at the reception. If your Bridals session takes place closer to the wedding (for example, one week before), turnaround may not be possible without a rush. In that case, Spencer will go over options with you, which may include a small additional rush fee to ensure everything is ready on time.
